Mark and I knew we would not be able to conceive and that God had special plans for our family. After having searched for a long time for the right agency we decided on God's Families because of their commitment to the Lord. Kazakhstan seemed like the right choice for our country, when we first met our daughter she was shy and not very active. A few days after we had started visiting her it was like someone switched on a light and her personality began to show. She started to laugh and play and smile as if to know we were her new parents.

I can't seem to put into words how has changed our lives. She has touched everyone who meets her. She has shown many people what God's love can do to one small child. People are amazed that she has been here only a short while because she has adjusted so well.

I thank God for our daughter, her loving hugs and kisses and her laughter. She enjoys the simplest things in life.
